Seems to me, that this type of behavior would loose you a lot of
business.
I myself have lost many emails and instructions while fdisking my drives
as I reinstall OSes. Surely you could either put a tag at the bottom of
the pages (as I have seen on some other majordomo sites) or be more
civil when someone less knowledgeable asks a question (even if they have
no etiquette).
That attitude was totally unprofessional and I would think unacceptable
in a forum like this.
