I found setup for sending mail quite easily, actually... I just had to
tell sendmail to ensure that @wcnet.org would be after my emails, not
@dialup-1-5-pb.wcnet.org (or whatever my current dialup IP is).

Now, it sends mail just fine, and I use sendmail to send and recieve (via
fetchmail).
