I wonder if anyone knows how to get rid of a 'bleed-through' action that
is happening with me. It occurs on my 'user' screen when I log in, and
comes from new mail appearing on my system. I can be in 'PINE' reading my
mail and if new mail arrives, it pops through on my screen. To be able to
continue reading my mail I have to do a ctrl L to clear the screen.
I run sendmail which manages my mail, and while it does a good job I am
running if it might be the culprit here? However, I don't know why.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
