help! redhat linux 6.0 and tgui9680

Hi guys
I'm very upset with Redhat Linux 6.0.
yeah, i know, So what?.

Maybe you can help.
With Redhat Linux 5.2 i could configure X with XF86Setup and got 800x600 or
1024x768 resolutions.
But with Redhat Linux 6.0 i only got 16 colors and 640x480. I donot know
why.
I donot understand about RAMDAC chipset or clock....
SuperProbe said : Trident GUI 9680 2 MB Ram.

What am i doing wrong?.
