I've got a 24-pin Dot-Matrix Panasonic printer (I think it's a KX-P1624) at home that 
will NOT work
with Windows 9x for some reason... you can print to it from dos mode (dir >lpt1) but 
can't talk to
it in Windows... it'll see the printer, but won't print.
Wondering if anyone knows of a similar problem with Linux with this particular model. 
I'm working
on building a system and I'd like to use this printer if possible (it's my only LQ 
printer <G>)
