I never saw a reply to this, so I'm catching it now, if quite late.
The two basic sources of info on printer connections are:
-- http://www.picante.com/~gtaylor/pht/printer_list.cgi,
for basic printer compatibility info
-- http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/, for information on using
Ghostsript to output Postscript files to the printer.
I didn't actually check either site for information on your printer, as you
can easily do that yourself. Good luck.
