Hello to all:
I need your help. I have installed a Red Hat 6.0 version on my system
approx. Something like 10 days ago.
As of yesterday KDE is not loading anymore correctly.
It does load, but the Desktop is incomplete, lacking practically with
all icons. The nice GNOME feet allowing to select apps etc. just
vanished.
The Red Hat 6.0 version is coming with GNOME.....and I guess this
still unstable version did just cloak the whole thing. Thje reason for
this impression:
When loggin in, with the nice GNOME logging box, it takes ages untill
enlightment is starting....and then you just have room to poor a cup
of coffee for the rest. I am runing a 586 machine, with 64 RAM.
What's wrong ?
What do I have in order to correct this ?
