I have Linux RH 6.0 setup and running and I think I have configured a PPP
setup all right. Modem functions and calls (or seems to) my ISP and, I
believe connects to it via the test connect that linuxconf has to test to
see that commurnications work as they should.

Now all I have to do is to find a way where I can dial up my Internet ISP
like I can do in Windows 98 and I can probably send and receive mail, etc
using Linux possibly instead of Windows.

Is there any way or program I can use in this boxed version of Linux Red
Hat 6.0 that will enable me to do that? The Installation Guide talks about
a 'usernet' utility to control my dial-up networking connection on a daily
basis. I have seen the usernet 'man' pages for more information but those
were not helpful in assisting me in actually setting up some sort of
control to use my dial-up connection with.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to set up a Linux RH 6.0 dial-up
connection? I would like to hear thoughts on this.
