Here's spam, too. IIRC, spamming began when I subscribed to ml's at
vger, but maybe that's only because of the linux-kernel subscription.

Never heard of, sorry. Try 'subscribe pgp-users' in both subject and
body of message. That's what I always do, because some do it like this
and others do it like that, and I don't want to think too much :-)
BTW: Are you aware of GnuPG? (www.gnupg.org)
