I think you have a problem downloading (really!). The unexpected end of file is
telling. Are you downloading this from Windows Netscape? If so, make sure
you're downloading it by means of "save link as...", and not just clicking on
the link.
If this doesn't work, try a different site (your distro should have netscape in
their FTP).
