Hi I like to receive messages from this list but have a slight problem. I cannot filter them correctly since my email arrives to me with a very large Subject heading, To and From Field and my mail program(Outlook) cannot filter it, an example of this is at the bottom of this message. It becomes quite a nuisance if I am away from my computer for a little while and a number of messages build up in my in box.
