You'll probably need to add a new line to /etc/lilo.conf like:
        append="mem=327M"
As I'm saying this from memory, maybe the "exact" syntax is a bit
different.
You may see the command looking at:
        # man lilo.conf
Remember that every time you edit/modify /etc/lilo.conf , you must
re-run:
        # lilo
