Hello Mike:
Ooops..I guess you right. I am wearing glasses, and did likely not correctly
look around.
Opened again the box.....and moved of some cards in order to allow
reading and found:
Likea chip-set:
Paralellel Tasking
3Com
40-0423-000
9725-0342852
LUCENT 40-0423
Like a relay:
PLUS
PE-68515
When I choose the card for my internet connection, I was right with
3Com....Obviously however, 3c509 is wrong.
I am getting:
Operation not supported by device
insmod: lib/modules/2.2.7/net3c509.o: eth0 unknown
I am running a SuSE 6.1 version.
What do I have to correct ?
Manby thanks for your help and sorry for having picked the wrong info. I
am wearing glasses and in order to read had to grap a pocket-light.
Regards
