This sounds like a PNP (Plug and *pray*) mouse. I don't think
Red Hat is the culprit. I'm using the Logitech First Mouse + with
Mandrake-Linux (Red Hat 6.0) "Venus". Another possibility is that the
mouse might be defective (it's made by Microsoft, no?) ;-))
