I haven't used it, but from their web site it says:
Relay-JFC is an Open Source IRC chat program with an easy-to-use
graphical user interface (screenshot).
Relay-JFC is written in pure Java and will run on
just about any
computer with a Java 1.1 compatible Java Virtual
Machine.
Relay-JFC is currently available as a beta release
in both executable
and source code forms under the terms of the
