[EMAIL PROTECTED], Yes it is me again :) I got one more question and I am done for this week... I got a Red Hat 5.2 Linux boxes conected to a WinNT4.0 sp3 print server via Samba 2.something. It will print from the Linux box to the NT box, but the problem is, it starts to print in the middle of the page, and it doesn't full "eject" the paper when it is though printing... It print everything in the right format. Say you have a 10 line text file, it will print most of it on the middle of page one, it will go down a page then print the second half on page two. It looks nice, it is the right width and there isn't any formating errors. I was wondering if I had to get a print filter for it, currently I am just using /usr/bin/smbprint. The print on the NT machine is supported by Linux, it is a HP DeskJet 400 and it says that it is Perfectly supported under Ghostscript and DVI in the Picante.com printer database. I was wondering if I should install ghostscript driver, and if so, how well does it work (can it work) while using Samba? Jack
