Well you might just have some handy infomation about telnet on your
own system, "man telnet" might be of help.
/usr/doc/HOWTO/NET-3-HOWTO has more information as well about telnet
and other protocols.
If you want other information try http://www.linuxhq.com/ and use the
search engine to look for things like books, info, telnet, etc etc.
