Probably not. the 530 is a 10/100 card, ne2k clones are all 10Mbit only.
Try the via-rhine driver, (the latest version can be found on :
http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/ethercard.html
compilation instructions are normally at the end of the file.
