Up to kernel 2.3.20ish, rarp is handled directly by the kernel and ally
you need is the 'rarp' program that comes with most distributions. For
newer development kernels, you need the user space rarpd as well.
I can't remember the URL, but rarpd 1.1 came ouyt a couple of days, and
you should be able to find it by searching freshmeat.
