I did a fresh install of LinUX-Mandrake 6.5 on a PII 233 w/64Mb ram and selected 'Everything cuz I'm too new to know WHAT I need. Following the How to I went through the 'make config' and turned on the ax25 stuff. Left the other categories alone. The 'make dep' and 'make clean' went fine but I get this when I do the 'make bzImage'.
[root@basin linux]# make bxImage make: *** No rule to make target `bxImage'. Stop. [root@basin linux]# make bzImage gcc -O6 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -pipe -s -mpentium -mcpu= pentium -march=pentium -ffast-math -fexpensive-optimizations -malign-loops=2 -ma lign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -o scripts/split-i nclude scripts/split-include.c cc1: Invalid option `preferred-stack-boundary=2' make: *** [scripts/split-include] Error 1 [root@basin linux]# I'm really not sure where to go from here.
