You dont say which version of XFree86 you use, or even whihc distribution
and distribution version which makes an accurate answer impossable.
However i'll put it this way;
slackware 7.0 redhat 6.1 both include a version of XFree86 inclding a SVGA
server which supports the voodoo3 card.
