I forgot to mention howto create the icons for the other cdroms. In your home/Desktop dir, you will find a file called cdrom.kdelnk do; cp cdrom.kdelnk dvd.kdelnk edit dvd.kdelnk change the following. Name=CD-ROM to Name=CD-Burner Or whatever your choise is. That is the name with will appier under the icon. Dev=/dev/hdx Substitute /dev/hdx for whereever the device is. save the file, click on refresh desktop and the icon will appier.
