You haven't said enough for a definitive answer, and what you have said is
confusing. If you can ping the DNS server, you have basic IP connectivity
running (though I confess that your having the eth0 IP address as the local
end of the ppp conenction looks odd to me too). So what exactly does "But
can't see www." mean? 

If it means you don't succeed in connecting to
http://www.something_or_other.com/, that might be a DNS problem. Is the IP
address for the DNS server in /etc/resolv.conf?

If it means something else ... then the problem is probably different. But
you need t explain your problem a bit more clearly as a first step.
