IDIOT ALERT.

I erased my /tmp directory and I guess 134984072 is some sort of temporary file
that is created during startup.  Sorry to take everyone's time.

I created a new /tmp directory and the problem "magically" fixed itself.  Is
this what they mean by self healing systems?  :-)
