AFAIK you cant, what you need to do is make a bootdisk for linux first
before installing windows.
DOS is so kind as to just overwrite the MBR and in doing so wipes out LILO,
other than that there is no problems.
After installing windows use your bootdisk to boot linux add the windows
partition to /etc/lilo.conf and rerun lilo, you can then boot both.

In my opinion its better to install linux first as if you let windows do
its own install it will take all the hard disk space, then to install linux
afterwards you will need to use fips or partition magic to split up the H/D.
