For the first part, read and follow the PPP HowTo. Some of what you need to
do will be ISP specific; it helps (alas) if you've succeeded in connecting
to the ISP through Windows first, since any ISP will help you with that, and
few will help with Linux connections.
The second part will have to wait for Lawson to get back to you.
