It isn't a problem at all. top (and free) doesn't report all the physical
memory in the system. The memory used by the kernel itself is excluded.
And on Miroslav's machine, more than 560K is "missing". since 96 Megs is
actually 98304K (96 * 1024; 1 "meg" == 1024K).
