I don't know that specific game, but it's not uncommon for games to require
special arrangements (specific port forwarding with ipportfw or ipmasqadm,
depending on which version of LRP (2.9.x or Materhorn/Eiger) you are using,
or specific ip_masq_*.o modules) to work through NAT'ing router/firewalls.

There is a listing there for "Tiberian Sun: Command and Conquer III", if
that's the actual name of the game you are interested in. I didn't read the
details the site provides. Without knowing what other games are "like" it in
your mind, I can't help with other references.
