Thats NOT AN ERROR, it means what it says, no such file or directory, yes you do see acroread with correct permissions but you cannot execute that file without a preceeding ./ when you are in that directory, and the most IMPORTANT thing here is YOU CANT EXECUTE that file as it will return; ./acroread: error in loading shared libraries: libreadcore.so: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory. /usr/local/Acrobat4/bin/acroread is a script which starts /usr/local/Acrobat4/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread > > Btw,if u know not documents but solid online > documentations and full books bout LINUX and korn and > bash shells,please tell me.
