You can do this during install.
Also, with respect to LILO, will it work or should I use NT's boot mgr?
My other "os" is w98, but I remember the RH install asking me about
this. I think that in your case LILO should be installed in the Linux /
partition, anyway, the idea is that you use NT's boot manager, which will
start LILO, which will boot Linux. See if the RH Install Guide says
different...
