El software lo puedes bajar gratuitamente desde Oracle, y de ahi necesitas comprar la licencias. La lista de precio aparece en http://www.oracle.com/corporate/pricing/technology-price-list.pdf. Me imagino debes contactarte con Oracle Peru. También te recuerdo puedes comprar licencias con fecha de expiracion(e.g de 1 año, 2 años, 3 años ,etc ) las cuales tienen descuentos muy altos (licensia por un año cuesta el 20% del costo normal): "Term licensing available for all Oracle Products. The list price for a term license is based on a specific percentage of the perpetual license price. Annual terms licenses are available from 1 to 5 years: 1 year - 20% of list; 2 year - 35% of list, 3 year - 50% of list, 4 year 60% of list and 5 year 70% of list.
