I have had good results with the 'ipmiutil' program (ipmiutil.sourceforge.net) for this - 'ipmiutil reset -p' will cause a PXE boot (after an immediate hardware reset - with no clean shutdown - if you care). You can also select reboot from CD/DVD or other media, see the hwreset manpage that comes with ipmiutil.
