Do you have the usb-storage kernel module disabled or uninstalled? DSU (and
OMSA) up to v8.3 require this kernel module. Found this out after a couple of
weeks of troubleshooting with Dell.

Subject: EXT :[Linux-PowerEdge] R720 DSU and iDRAC version

Hi,

This server is running CentOS release 6.7

dsu --apply-upgrades-only show me a new version (2.30.30.30) for iDRAC with
Lifecycle Controller (2.21.21.21 installed).
Booting on Lyfecycle and searching for new firmwares don't find anything to
upgrade.
Searching on Dell Support web site for my Service Tag found only 2.21.21.21
version of iDrac.

Runining dsu -u give me :

Why the virtual device disconnect several time ? How to correct this problem ?

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers.
