Here is Dell's reply on the issue: "I've spoken with our folks over in systems management that own OpenManage and they are saying they are not sure how it was added to DSU, it's technically not released yet. My recommendation is to uninstall 8.3 and downgrade to 8.2 just to be on the safe side. I'm not sure why it was removed."
