I am sorry I wasn't clear in my past message. Here is what I did (again)
on a clean system:

root@pve01:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://ftp.ca.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib
# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org jessie/updates main contrib
# Dell repository
deb http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ubuntu jessie openmanage

root@pve01:~# gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-key

root@pve01:~# gpg -a --export 1285491434D8786F | sudo apt-key add -

srvadmin-all - Meta package for installing all Server Administrator features

So, the dcism package is not found at all. I know I should (and would
have to) install it separately, it's just not found.

Any suggestions?
