I don't think this tool is in the repo. I asked, longer while ago, suggested to Dell people here on the list the tool should be in the repos, but I'm afraid my suggestion was ignored. I get it from Dell website, manual labour, just use the latest package you can find. I use .rpm for much newer server but it works okey on my old r815.
