I recently upgraded our OMSA install to version 6.1, and have
uncovered a small bug. A directory is created that has the following
permissions:
    drw-rw-r-- 2 root root 4096 Aug 4 22:50 /etc/srvadmin/oma/ini/omprov
Notice the missing "x" permission.

This is almost certainly a bug and causes issues with other programs
like 'rsync' that cannot correctly access the directory. In almost
all cases, an "r" permission on a directory should be accompanied by
an "x" permission.

My systems (R610, R710) are running CentOS 5.3 x64.
