Hi,

Incomplete battery learn cycles will be fixed in the new FW which is out
since this week: "- Learn Cycle failing as "incomplete"
No need for a call, or tell me the service tag and I can open and close
one for my perf. statistic. Message can be ignored until the unit says
"optimal"

Did you ever get any responses to this query? I just got the same set of
alerts from my md3000i last night. I never did get a message indicating
recovery, however SMclient reports the array is optimal.

I was going to give Dell a call, but figured I'd check here first.
