True. However, (without researching that particular modem) the name
"InModem" is what makes me suspect the dreaded Winmodem more than the UART
issue.
It seems Winmodems aren't quite the bargain that they first appeared to
be, eh? Seems a lot of new Linux users are finding that out the hard
way. :(
Modem boxes should sport the "Cool - It works with Linux" logo or "Ack! It
only works with Windows!" :)
