Updated PPP FAQ

Hello all,

Can you point me to places where I can get the latest FAQ on PPP? In
particular,
I'm looking for solutions to this error message:

                chat: Can't get terminal parameters: Input/Output

I've recently upgraded to Linux 2.2.10 and PPP 2.3.8. My PPP worked fine back
when I still have 2.0.36.
