AMI MegaRaid Controller speed

Kim-Ee asks if I can give some bonnie numbers on my Linux AMI raid setup.
Please where can I get a copy of bonnie? If I can provide numbers I will.
Are there any configuration settings I should watch out for? I am testing on
a 64Mb 3-channel Raid controller.
One thing that did concern me is that I ran a disk-intensive test twice, but
the second time I ran it, it was actually slower than the first time !
