Whack!. Yes it is 2.1.124

the differences between 2.1.124 and 2.2 are not quite as bad as 2.0.x and
2.2.x. The problem I am having is that it seems that the RAID volume
information has changed. between 2.1.124 and 2.2.1 so that it seems that
a drive created under 2.1.124 is not readable by 2.2.1.
Now considering I am running a root RAID system I have no really easy way
to run any user level utilities once I have booted.
Is there any way to get the kernel to upgrade the volume informaion on
boot?
