My raid5 disks arent partitioned, I've used them directly (i.e. /dev/sda, /dev/sdb, ..., instead of /dev/sda1, /dev/sdb1, ...) -- problem with this is that they cant be autoraidstarted from the kernel. Is it too much to ask for a commandline option to specify the devices for the md0? I could raidhotadd them I know, but since this is rootmounted raid5 that means I'll have to retain my initrd setup, and it would be lovely to get rid of that completly. - lv
