i consistently get active inode messages trying to mkraid under 2.0.36
i have solved this two ways.
1. i found that one of the december 2.0.35
patches worked fine under mkraid. i used 2.0.35 to install the raids, then
upgraded to .36 after (upgraded the raidtools as well)
2. once or twice, if i made the arrays with the part. type set to 83
instead of fd, it worked. i read the code, and dont see how this could be
the case, but it did seem to. i set the parts to type fd after i had them
made.
