We're using the Kingston DE-300i here -- it's a bit cheaper than the other
options. Basically, it fits 3 3.5"x1" drives into a 5.25" FH slot. They
still cost ~$300, but that's cheaper per drive than their other
enclosures, plus it uses less space.
