Assuming you're using a recent raid-driver with autodetection, and
assuming a functional raidtab (you got it working in the first place,
after all :), then I'd have to guess that you need to set your
partitions that are in the raid-1 (all 2, 4 or whatever of them)
to partition type 0xFD via fdisk.
