I realized after I sent this that this had actually been suggested for
raid-1, and had no real place in raid-0. In addition, folks had complained
that the HOWTO did not mention using chunk-size (for raid-1) but I just
referred to it and it does. So I pulled this part out of the patch and
replaced the file below.
