I have one box up here with SW raid and 2.2.13ac1.  Seems ok so far.

Btw. we have 2.2.12 on a router here doing roughly 200GB a day over three
3Com FE cards. No problems so far (it's been up for several TB).

To get back on the RAID issue:  See if you can reproduce the memory leak
stuff with 2.2.13ac1.  That kernel already has SW RAID in it, so there should
be no need to patch it.
