I upgraded my Debian installation with a 2.2.13 kernel from
ftp.de.kernel.org and i used the raidtools-0.90 and the 0145 Kernel patch,
originaly for the 2.2.11 kernel. I did the patch and i dont have any
problems, and the server is running ISDN, too.

But you didn't put the swap on a md device, the kernel can use more than
one device to put swap on. I use /dev/hda13 and /dev/hdc13 (without md,
just put the 2 partitions in the fstab).
