Please don't wory with this question.
I think I have resolved my problem using raidhotadd /dev/md0 /dev/hda5
Now the two hard disks are working. :)
cat /proc/mdstat show me that /dev/hda5 is being recovering.

But now I have another problem with RAID1 :(
/dev/md0 must be formed by /dev/hdc1 and /dev/hda5, but it seems like only get
/dev/hdc1....
